Hi New Seoul Hotel,
Hope you are doing well.
This is Ngoc from Vietnam. I booked your hotel via AGODA after reading all reviews and seeing all the photos. I really loved your hotel and booked your hotel for my trip in Seoul last week.
However, I go with my parents who are 65+ years old so after difficult consideration, I have to change to another hotel nearby Changdeokgung so that they dont need to walk a lot. As such, I cancelled my booking at your hotel on 10 October.
Unfortunately, I booked your hotel 2 times on the same date due to an accident of my credit card, I did not know I had booked 2 times. Im so sorry.
My fist booking ID # 770536740 - I haven't noticed this one at that time, as my credit card appear an error that it's not valid for payment.
Later, I book my 2nd booking ID # 770651444 because I thought the first one was not successful.
Then I just cancelled only one booking which is ID # 770536740 because I thought I just booked one time. And now my credit card was charged 20% of the booking ID # 770651444 for the second booking. I should cancel 2 bookings instead but i did not know. I have to call to my bank and they told me I booked 2 times for the same hotel on the same date.
It's my fault because I haven't checked carefully. I really apologize for my mistake.
Could you help check and cancel this fee, please? The authorization code for this payment is 450184.
